Stewart Lender Services (SLS) is a nationwide provider of mortgage services. Lenders place orders directly online or through e-commerce portals for origination services, including credit reports, collateral assessments, tax information, and title and settlement services.

Stewart's mortgage management services include assignment preparation, document imaging, lien releases, flood compliance monitoring, recordation, tax services and packaging of loans for delivery to the secondary market. Asset Preservation Inc. is Stewart's Section 1031 tax deferred exchange subsidiary, a federally recognized Qualified Intermediary. Stewart Business Information specializes in pre-employment screening services.
